Part of completing a PhD thesis is to do what is called a 3 Minute Thesis – summing up your thesis in, yep, three minutes. I have tried to apply that same condensed logic to summarise the past 18 months.

Breaking Through
This journey ahead, as yet undetermined in terms of duration and destination, starts the breaking through. In turning the pedals and heading to ‘anywhere’ I am seeking to ride towards a deeper self-understanding, a more settled life, and to engage in a journey which will act as a circuit breaker to a life which has got stuck in its brokenness.
